When you submit a child enrollment registration form to a school, we collect comprehensive personal information including: child's details (full name, MyKid number, date of birth, place of birth, ethnicity, gender, health information, allergies, special needs), parent/guardian information (names, IC numbers, citizenship, ethnicity, religion, marital status, employment, salary, phone numbers, email addresses), emergency contact details, and uploaded documents (child's photo, MyKid certificate, parent IC copies). This sensitive data is transmitted securely over encrypted connections and stored encrypted on our backend servers, accessible only by the school you submitted to and Anak2U administrators.
School owners who list their institutions provide information including: institution name, address, state, city, postcode, email address, phone number, category (Taska or Tadika), fee information, operating days and hours, JKM registration number, description, owner name, owner email, social media links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube), logo, gallery images, and map location data.
We may also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our platform, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This information is used to operate and improve our services.
We use the information we collect to: operate and maintain our platform; list and display kindergarten and nursery information; facilitate communication between parents and institutions; process inquiries and registration submissions; verify and authenticate listings; improve our search, comparison, and filtering features; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may share your personal data with the following third-party service providers who help us operate our platform:
Cloudflare — Website security, CAPTCHA (Turnstile), and hosting services. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and browser data for security purposes.
Amazon S3 — Image and file storage for logos, gallery images, and other uploaded media.
Mapbox — Map rendering and location display for institution addresses.
Backend API — Data processing and storage for all platform data including listings, inquiries, and user submissions.

Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure our services. Cloudflare Turnstile, our CAPTCHA provider, may set cookies to distinguish human users from automated bots.
