By accessing, browsing, or registering an institution on Explore @ Anak2U, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anak2U SDN BHD (1303600M).

Explore @ Anak2U is an online platform that helps parents discover, compare, and contact kindergartens, nurseries, and childcare centres across Malaysia. We provide listing, search, comparison, and inquiry services for early childhood education institutions.

We act as a directory and facilitator. We are not a party to any agreement between parents and institutions, and we do not provide childcare or education services directly.

When registering or listing an institution, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listing details, including contact information, fees, operating hours, and facilities.

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; impersonate another person or institution; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security; or scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without authorization.

Institution owners are responsible for obtaining necessary consents before submitting personal data of staff, parents, or children.

Parents submitting child enrollment registration forms are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided and acknowledge that sensitive personal data (including MyKid numbers, IC numbers, and health information) will be shared with the selected school and Anak2U administrators for enrollment purposes.

Explore @ Anak2U displays institution information as submitted by owners. While we may verify certain details (such as JKM registration numbers), we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any listing.

The 'Anak2U Selected' badge indicates that an institution has met our verification criteria, but this does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of service quality.

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or modify any listing that violates these Terms or that we believe is inappropriate, inaccurate, or misleading.

All content on Explore @ Anak2U, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Anak2U or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws.

By submitting content (including institution descriptions, logos, and images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our platform for the purpose of operating our services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Explore @ Anak2U is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on listing information, communications with institutions, or any transactions conducted with listed institutions.

Parents are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before enrolling their children in any institution.

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Cloudflare (security and hosting), Amazon S3 (image storage), Mapbox (maps), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

Our platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.

If our platform allows reviews or ratings, you agree that any content you submit will be truthful and not defamatory, misleading, or infringing. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion.

You retain ownership of your reviews but grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and display them on our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your listing and associated data may be removed from our platform.

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
